This privacy page explains, in general terms, how Aevum Books may handle customer information when you browse, contact the store or place an order.

Information used to process orders

Aevum may use customer details such as name, email address, shipping address, billing details and order information to process orders, provide support, manage fulfilment and meet store obligations.

Shopify checkout

Checkout and payment processing are handled through Shopify and its connected payment services. Aevum does not need to manually handle full card details to process ordinary Shopify orders.

Customer support

If you contact Aevum, the information you provide may be used to respond to your enquiry, review an order, check edition details or resolve a fulfilment issue.

Marketing

If you sign up for email updates, your email address may be used to send occasional store news, new arrivals and catalogue updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails where that option is provided.
