These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through Aevum Books and use of our online store at aevumbooks.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and information

We aim to provide accurate information about the books offered through our store, including titles, authors, editions, formats, ISBNs, descriptions, images, prices and availability.

Product availability may vary by destination, and supplier availability can change without notice.

Product images are provided for identification and illustration. Minor differences in cover artwork, publisher branding or presentation may occur where a publisher changes an edition’s appearance without changing its ISBN.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown for your selected market or destination and are confirmed at checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed using an available checkout payment method before an order can be processed.

We may correct genuine pricing, product-information or listing errors in a manner consistent with applicable consumer law. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

Orders and availability

Placing an order does not guarantee that a title remains available from a publisher or supplier. Books marked “Available to Order” or “Available to Backorder” may require additional processing time before dispatch.

If Aevum Books cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and a refund for the affected item.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, genuine pricing or listing errors, or inability to supply a product. Any action will be taken consistently with applicable consumer law.

Shipping, delivery and fulfilment

Delivery options may vary by destination. Orders are delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy and the options confirmed at checkout.

Depending on availability and destination, some orders may be fulfilled or dispatched directly by third-party distributors, suppliers or fulfilment providers, and items in one order may arrive separately.

Aevum Books remains the seller and your customer-service point of contact where a third party fulfils or dispatches goods. Use of a third-party distributor, supplier or fulfilment provider does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Aevum Books does not voluntarily accept returns or exchanges, or provide refunds, solely for change of mind unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Intellectual property

The Aevum Books name, branding, website design and original content created by Aevum Books may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Book covers, publisher descriptions and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Website use

You must not use our website for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes; interfere with the operation or security of the store; attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems; or use automated methods to abuse or disrupt the website.
