Australian delivery

Aevum Books currently delivers within Australia. A flat A$11 Standard shipping charge applies at checkout. Tracking is provided when your order is dispatched.

Availability and dispatch

Available to order means the title can be ordered, but does not necessarily mean it is held in Aevum’s own warehouse. We will process your order and arrange dispatch as promptly as possible.

Available to backorder means the title is temporarily awaiting stock and may take longer to dispatch. We will contact you if a material availability issue affects your order.

Delivery timing

Dispatch time is the period before an order leaves its fulfilment location. Delivery time is the carrier’s transit period after dispatch. Aevum is currently validating normal Australian delivery timing and does not publish a fixed estimate yet. Any estimate shown by a carrier is indicative rather than guaranteed.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation. Tracking may take a short time to begin updating after dispatch.

Multiple-book orders

If your order contains multiple books, they may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive in more than one parcel. You will not be charged additional shipping because Aevum chooses to split an order.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If it needs correcting, contact Aevum as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been dispatched, an address change may no longer be possible.

Delays, loss or damage

If tracking appears stalled, your parcel has not arrived, or a book arrives damaged, contact Aevum with your order number and any relevant tracking details or photographs. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate next step.
