Store terms overview

These terms are starter wording for customers buying from Aevum Books. They should be reviewed before the store is promoted widely.

Products and editions

Aevum aims to present accurate book details, including title, author, format, ISBN/EAN and edition information where available. Supplier data can occasionally change or contain differences between printings.

Pricing

Prices are shown in AUD and may change without notice. Where imported books are priced using converted supplier information, the figure may differ from an official Australian publisher RRP.

Orders

An order may be reviewed for availability, pricing, supplier status, edition concerns or fulfilment issues. If a problem affects an order, Aevum will contact you where possible.

Fulfilment

Shipping and fulfilment may involve third-party suppliers, carriers and services. Delivery timing can vary by title and destination.

Returns and support

Return and refund requests are handled according to the store's returns information and applicable consumer rights. Contact Aevum promptly if something is damaged, incorrect or not as described.
